The problem with 40-50 acres is that is unless it’s perfectly located, ie sucking off a large landowner like a tapeworm, hunting is likely to suck. And if most surrounding properties are that size it’s really gonna suck. I understand what you’re saying, but isn’t 300 acres useless in the same scenario.? In that same vein, that would also mean that 20 acres in the correct spot is better than most clubs?
