I have noticed a big jump in rural land prices South Alabama the past 18 - 24 months. Asking prices have jumped $1,000 - $2,000 per acre on some tracts. Is there that much demand for 200 - 1,000 acres of South Alabama timber/hunting/pasture land? What are y'all seeing?
Yes, you would never guess what company is buying the up all the big tracts of hunting land around here. That’s really all I can say right now until some of it gets closed on. Wish I could say more about it
