I havent seen $1000-2000/acre land in quite a while. I bought 20 acres for $3k/acre a couple years ago and thats pretty unheard of nowadays. I felt like i probably wouldnt get a chance like that again. If you see a real estate sign, theyre probably asking $10k/acre, no need in even asking about it. $5k/acre is about what you can expect around here. Were getting to be a bit too populated around here.
