Mine drop at the end of September so they aren’t a draw to hunt over. The deer do make quick work of them though so I embrace them. As I’ve been clearing parts of my property I leave every persimmon standing until I know if it’s female or not. Most of the males go but I’ll work around the fruiting ones.
