The worst "what if" scenario is that Iran does posses a crude warhead of some kind. We already know they have access to a hypersonic missile, because they just used one. Don't mistake this as a Bush / WMD argument, but imagine if that's so. If it is and the U.S. government knows it then they have no choice to take those capabilities out. Why ? Because the Supreme Leader would absolutely use on on either the U.S. , Israel, or both.
