Tell me if I'm wrong, but legally if someone wants to fly a drone through the airspace above my property, I have no legal right to stop them. But,! I do have a right to take my surf rod and practice long distance casting with different weights of sinkers anywhere I want to on my own property. Not that anyone is going to want to advertise above the metalmuncher homestead anyway, but some of you may have a more commercially appealing place.

State will never allow it along roads/highways because it would be a distraction to drivers. Also it’s already a law that billboard advertisers can not have animation on digital boards. On premise store owners can have animated signs but not out of home companies. Only place this would work would be locations like the beach or outdoor event where you see the planes
