Has got to be the slowest people I know getting an order to you. Ordered two pairs of shorts last Thursday morning for a beach trip I’m leaving on this Saturday. Got a shipping notification Friday evening at 730 that a “label” had been created. Finally picked up and shipped this evening with a delivery of saturday of this week. I really thought they would be able to get them to me but I’m losing faith.
I’ve been to West Point a couple times but never noticed that the mail only ran every few days and not on weekends, smh.
Carry on

My experience has been the same. Hopefully it makes it in on time. Good luck! 👍

The last few times I’ve been in there, the clerk was pulling orders and getting them together to ship while there was a lull at the register. There are times that the parking lot is somewhat full and others it’s dead empty. There’s also a lunch spot and Polaris dealership attached, so I’m sure a lot of the traffic I saw was at either/both of those. They seem to have a bare bones staff most times, so you may’ve ordered during a busy time and it took a while to pull it….I don’t know, but there is a pretty “relaxed” attitude about the place.
*I’m really surprised it has stayed open as long as it has, but it is just one of the many (and OG) arms of Mossy Oak.

I’m surprised it stays open too. Very cool store but never anyone in there.

I bet they get a lot of online orders etc.

Big fan of their tree people though…Dudley and the team are an absolute joy to talk with as well as order from. Will be buying all of my trees from them.

I've only ordered from them once; I totally agree with your assessment.

Never been to the store, but I wasn't impressed with the quality of the items I purchased from them years ago. Has the quality improved?

I placed 2 orders last hunting season and they are terribly slow. The products were great but not sure why they can't process orders faster.

I have had both fast and slow processing from them. I'd say slow is more common than fast and I have often wondered why. I would think 75% or better of their business is online so you would think they would hire a few folks just for online orders.

It is all pretty cheaply made, but it's also not that expensive.

Well, if I'm going to call them out for the bad I'll prop them up for the good. Tracking shows it should be delivered today

Same....only ordered from them a couple of times but the quality was about what I'd expect if I bought clothes from Dollar General. I hate buying clothes without being able to try them on, but figured it was worth a shot. Ordered based on their sizing chart but what they called a 2X fit about like a 5X, and I'm not sure the pants wouldn't have been too long on Shaq....literally the most ill-fitting clothes I've ever purchased, to the point of being unwearable.

There was a time when the quality control went way down on their mid-lower tier stuff...buttons falling off, stitches unraveling, cheap fabric, etc, but that last things I've bought were better quality, but the fit was still off, as you described Gomer.

experience is a freakin' awesome teacher....
