The devil horse is the all time leading bass topwater bait. Hands down. Throw something else until it’s almost dark and you hear the bass start hitting the top like they always do. Pick up the devil horse and work it like Dixiepatriot said. Snatch it… let it sit 3-5 seconds… snatch it twice… let it sit. When they blow up on it don’t set the hook like you think you should.
