Been closed for years, but the best catfish I've had in an Alabama restaurant was at The Cottonpatch in Eutaw.
It was well-known for its fried chicken, but their fried catfish was off the charts great. my favorite place ever to eat. I sure wish someone had kept it going. Those onion rings were the best also. I think about it every time I drive by on the interstate Was in a club years ago and that was the dinner place
