I might have to start selling random stuff from around the house if things don’t calm down.
Everything seemed chill, all bills paid, all debt paid off but house and 1 vehicle. Decided we’d splurge and take the family to California for a week to Yosemite and surrounding area.
Couple of days after we booked the flights and hotels, my truck decided it needed $1500 in a fuel pump/labor. Then realized my wife’s car needs 2 tires, didn’t realize they were as worn as they are. Then washing machine started acting up….its day to day. And now it looks like I’m gonna have to replace the AC blower motor in my truck to the tune of $300…

When it rains, it freaking pours You and I must live in the same neighborhood. I have dumped a lot of money lately and it's only getting worse. Inside blower coils are leaking, already dropped $350 for the service call and 5-1/2lbs of freon yesterday. The part is covered under warranty, but will have 4+ hours of labor to replace early next week. ATV began shutting off and backfiring Sunday afternoon - will need to have that serviced ASAP, since I use it every week to haul stuff. I have to finish framing and roofing a gazebo that I started 2-months ago - this thing has become a money pit. Unexpected medical bills - although everything is OK, the doctors can scare the piss out of you to have tests done that turn our to be normal. And of course - insurance, taxes,...etc that seem to be a never ending series of writing checks.

You know, sometimes I think that, but I consider my self a fairly serious buyer but 9 times out of 10, when I click on a gun in the classifieds, its always something "rare" priced at way more than market value, something with "custom" ceracoat and/or cheap accessories that's being offered at more than the cost of a new one or just someone trying to shoot for the moon on price because they don't know what it's worth.

If you can’t spell cerakote you oughta have to pay double for it.  Side note…ALL my guns are special and rare because I owned them. Buyer beware - premium prices straight ahead.
