- Transmission 4L80E was rebuilt about 70k miles ago.
- New transfer case about 15k miles ago.
- Fully rebuilt the front end about 30k miles ago
- Brakes were redone about 25k miles ago and a fluid flush.
- Replaced the stock semi floating rear end 3.73 with a full floater 4.10. It had about 125k on it and I put in the front 4.10 diff from the same truck. The conversion only required welding a new yoke on the end of the driveshaft. Uses a 2004 2500HD ujoint.
- AC system redone about 20k miles ago
- New water pump, belt and hoses
- All new headlights and turn signal assemblies.
- It has an oil leak I’ve been trying to fix. I put in a new oil pressure sensor and crank sensor. The passenger side leak seems to have let up. But it still has a leak on the driver side.
- Hood has some clear coat peeling.
- ABS light come on sometimes. It is the ABS control module. I had it re-soldered. That lasted a few years. It doesn’t really affect anything. But you don’t have ABS when it’s on. Brakes work fine though.
- Gauge cluster was re-soldered with new motors.
- Power steering pump was replaced about 30k miles ago.
- New throttle body and gas pedal assembly.
- New radiator
- New carpet in the box.
- Needs a headliner. Headliner material included, I just haven’t had time to replace it.
- New cam sensor, new crank sensor, new oil pressure sensor, new intake gaskets, new valve cover gaskets, new valley tray gasket, oil pan gasket was replaced about 25k miles ago with a new o-ring.
- New motor mounts about 30K miles ago.
- Included are some nicer leather seats.
