Comeback Sauce:

▢ 1 cup mayonnaise
▢ ⅓ cup ketchup
▢ ⅓ cup chili sauce
▢ ½ lemon, fresh squeezed (about 1 1/2 Tablespoons)
▢ 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
▢ 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
▢ 1 teaspoon dijon mustard (or regular yellow mustard)
▢ ½ teaspoon garlic powder
▢ ½ teaspoon onion powder
▢ ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (regular paprika can be used if you don't like smoked paprika)
▢ ¼ teaspoon salt
▢ ¼ teaspoon pepper

I delete the onion powder but you can add or subtract ingredients to taste. Mix together and chill in fridge for 2hrs prior to serving.

Thai Sweet Chili Sauce:

1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp sambal oelek (peppers in vinegar/ethnic aisle in grocery store)

1/2 Tbsp cornstarch + 1 Tbsp water

Heat first 4 ingredients at medium heat until sugar is dissolved.

Stir cornstarch and Tbsp water together thoroughly before adding to mixture

Continue heating and stirring until it starts to simmer at which time it will start to thicken up and turn from cloudy to clear.

Enjoy. Great as a dip for meat/veggies also great as a baste or marinade for pork, chicken, & fish

I do wonders with Kraft original Bbq sauce. I like to mix it with grilled burgers.

I don't have the portions as I "eyeball" it but..........
Put some honey in a small bowl, add Tiger sauce and a very small amount of mustard. It doesn't take very much mustard at all but you can adjust to taste.

Tiger sauce as a wing sauce is pretty special, melt some butter, the amount of butter depends on how big of a batch of wings. Melted butter, tiger sauce and a dash of dry ranch powder. Get it all mixed together heated up, run them wings through that goodness and enjoy.

That same tiger sauce mix is also out of this world on fresh grilled swordfish.
