I posted this right at the time the site went down. Very strict managed lease. I lease this by myself. It’s one farm that is 586 acres and another that is 178. I keep pressure very low only hunting these properties twice a year. The right person will be looking to kill high end deer that could mean not killing every year. The cost is $5300 which will be due immediately. I passed several 2.5 to 3.5 mid 130s last year so it should be right this year had a few 5.5 year olds that gave me the slip that live on the property.
