Fatalities being reported in Poplar Bluff, MO…. I would expect some pretty rough pictures of damage to show up from last nights storms. Insane at the amount of tornado producing storms at near midnight last night. Unfortunately last night was the precursor to today

Jonesboro, AR got hit bad, supposedly had 2 tornadoes hit at the same time.

SPC Storm Reports thus far: 25 Tornadoes, 330 damaging wind events, and 175 large hail reports. Total of 530 reports.

We now have clearing ahead of the second round known as an open warm sector. Not good at all.

Bakersfield tornado damaged car. That's impressive.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see a PDS tornado watch out for most of Alabama by 10 this morning.

Yesterday they had naders forming before they expected. Today, from what I could tell. 1-2 today around the entire miss/Al line. Multiple spinning supercells are supposed to form.

In the SE our peak bad times is supposed to be 2-3 am Sunday morning, early.

Folks need to look at their times and pay attention.

Be prepared early and pay attention.

Folks in Texas where crashing and dieing before the storms even hit, due to pileups when dust storms blew in with the 90mph wind gusts

Unless it's changed, they was predicting multiple tornadoes through the state and likely a long track monster.

Reading y'all's update from last night, kinda verifies their predictions.

You guys in that pink zone Need to take precautions.everyone on here needs to be weather aware today/tonight

PDS Tornado watch in MS. Max Velocity guy said the probabilities are maxed out, never been seen before. 95% chance of at least 1 strong tornado within the tornado watch….

Storms are starting to rotate and drop funnels and tornadoes in MS

Pretty cool up here on the mountain right now. Hopefully that will bode well for us in the NE corner of the state.

Warm and muggy in Choctaw County.
The sun keeps popping out sporadically, which isn’t good.
I have noticed in the last hour or so that the wind is getting a little cooler.
Guess we’ll just hurry up and wait.

Sun, 75 degrees in Shelby County before noon. If it gets over 80 and the gulf push happens a little after, my gut is central Alabama is going to have problems. Hoping for something to weaken what's coming

All my old stomping grounds in Mississippi, (Holmes Co, Carroll Co, Montgomery Co) dealing with round 2. Waiting to see our old farm on camera from a Storm Chaser.

Agree, Huntsville is still at 65 so the warm sector hasn’t made it up here yet. Bham and Ttown areas are all in the 70s and dew points are in mid 60s and rising which is perfect for Naders.

Hwy 84 in west Mississippi has a real ugly storm rolling right down the center of it. Looks like a growing long track tornado.
