Wolbach, that looked like a good picture that my brother showed me. Very impressive kill. I have no idea where that thing came from.
To post pictures, I think it involves getting a photobucket account, there are directions on the general forum at the top.

I have a buddy with property in Marengo and Wilcox county. He said they seen them ocassionally in the 90's. Said they were very dumb and had to pull up and bump one with the truck bumper once on his property to get it to move out of the way.
Id love to see pics.

Thats an awesome trophy congrats to you.Did anyone happen to age the deer?

wow! that's cool! it would be a trip to see that thing walking into your stand! just from little i read, he's a long way from areas where fallow deer were introduced (attempted) in 1920's and 30's. gotta wonder how he got there and how long he'd been walking around avoiding his ultimate fate, as it turns out?

Cool buck! I would have loved to shoot him! My Dad killed a fallow doe in Camden in the early 90's. Congrats!!

I bet you thought $&##%@#&*$&@ when you first saw him!!!! That's awesome man, my dad went to college in livingston and said they had some running around down there in the early 70's. First time he saw one he made a promise to himself he'd never drink again, then he realized it really was a fallow deer he was looking at. Congrats again buddy
Give me bout 15 more minutes, I was dreamin about beavers.......... Si Robertson
