This is great news for my neighbors! They can probably get like 16-18 opening day if most of them hunt and you throw in a spike or 4 pointer a piece.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.

2 a day, limit of how many per person? 3 is my first inclination, but then you might as well say you can shoot them all at once. 4 would be fine by me, but yes, depends on where.

Great for some places. Not for others. I don’t think its gonna be quite a 50/50 split ghostrider……In my opinion this is bad for the bigger picture……There’s probably only a small percentage of areas where this is even remotely a good idea right now……and even for those areas its something that is not NEEDED but rather more a luxury……and it will come at the expense of everyone else where populations are already declining……They’re basically just matching the doe killing to the over harvesting of bucks that’s been occurring and the end result will be even lower population levels……Many counties just got through having a massive doe shooting and haven’t recovered……It irritates the chit out of me because virtually everyone I’ve talked to is saying the exact opposite of "too many"……It just screams of blatant bullchit

Looks like yet another genius move by Chuckie in charge. Just what the entire state needs, more opportunities to kill even more does. Increasing the total season bag limit from 121 deer per year (118 does and 3 bucks) to 239 deer per year (236 does and 3 bucks) is sheer genius. Having 118 straight days to kill your does simply was not opportunity enough.
I could see it being beneficial in specific areas, but doing this statewide, it's just another huge blunder in herd management and par for the course for our wildlife division. With all the piss poor decisions he's made, and after watching 4 yrs of dementia ridden Biden presidency, I am beginning to think that Chuckie is really Joe Biden's long lost brother. It's the only logical explanation that I can come up with.

Chuckie has a buddy or a couple buddies with $$ money that want to shoot one in the morning and another in the afternoon because they only hunt their private 3,000 acre TajMahal a couple times a year. They don't want to fool with this harvest limit crap. When they sit in their shooting house they see "too many does". They think they have an overpopulation because they don't see a huge racked 8 pointer standing our there broadside waiting on them.
Something like that.
If you think this works some other way you are a moron. This is the Montgomery Good Ole Boy's network they make ZERO rule changes that are not in their own self serving interest.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.
