This will be the second year in a row that I won't be going to Nebraska. They limited the non resident tags and now it's impossible to get tags. They go on sale on a particular date in January and you can sit there and try to buy them for a couple of hours and get "error" messages every time you put them in the cart. Then after much frustration, they are sold out and done. Dang I hate that. I haven’t had trouble buying them on the new system. You will wait a while until your number comes up, but haven’t had any errors.
