What kind of propulsion, and or fuel was used in the alien space craft they found and have hidden away at Area 51....Is it being covered up because it runs on clean energy and would possibly be free to consumers....Hmmmm, kinda makes me wonder....

Covid shot didnt save any lives, it in fact has (and still is) killing people.
Yes dinosaurs existed and they were killed by a 5-8 mile wide asteroid hit the Yucatan. Many geologists believe that impact was the largest but that there were are impacts of smaller size right before and after. A "swarm" of impacts.
Yes to aliens. The universe is too large to not have life somewhere. God created it, and the other life forms but they are so far apart there is not much chance for one species to find another. However if another species ever visits earth we better hope they are benevolent. If they can get here they will be so much more advanced that we would not stand a chance.. It would be like seal team 6 fighting a group of rabbits.
