There needs to be a Manned Tower with Rifle and High Quality optics every 200 yards apart from Brownsville, TX to San Diego, CA . Monitoring system to detect attempted tunnels being dugs across United States border. Fence with Land mines and German Shepherds and Belgian Malonese patrolling the areas where there are no land mines. With the issues of drugs and human trafficking coming across the USA and Mexico border the United States IMO should make this border as secure as the Old Berlin Wall border area. Mexican Cartels are led by Heartless thugs with endless greed and no care for Human beings in general.
