They are all China made crap. US distributors order them from China, change the cheap China made brakes and gears. Then they slap some pre made cover on the frame to hide the battery and slap a sticker on them. These “manufacturers” have about $800 a unit invested in the whole thing.

LOL Just one of several not made in China - The Lectric eBikes are made in Phoenix, Arizona. The company is based in the city and is considered one of the fastest-growing e-bike companies in the United States.

Just to get back to this discussion. Lectric Bikes are from Phoenix Arizona, Rambo is from Lakewood Minnesota, Quiet Kat is from Colorado. They all source their bikes from China and then make tailor made improvements to the units. Then put a price tag on it that will ensure them 400- 900% profit per unit depending on the model. I have a friend who has worked for almost all of these "bike manufacturers" until he struck out on his own doing coversions and running his own bike shop. He told me how all these companies work.

If you still don't believe me though, please read below.

Lectric Bikes source all their bike parts (Frames, motors, and all) from China and assemble them in Phoenix so they can slap a Made in the USA sticker on them. I'm not slamming them because heck I did the exact same thing. I bought a Mongoose (Made in China) and replaced most of the parts on it to the good stuff and then reassembled it. Then again I'm not trying to say it was made in the USA and sell it for 900% profit either.
