I'm not a hybrid/electric vehicle person so the Sequoia would be out since I think it only comes in hybrid. . Also not a GMC person since gov bailout. Lexus makes a solid vehicle so that would be my choice but these are just my preferences and no real world pros/cons.

Unfortunately, it is my opinion that Japanese vehicles are better than our “American” products

Ok I know it's Stellantis and there's that, but i just got a Wagoneer and it's a damn nice ride. Since it's stellantis, I went ahead and got the Mopar extended warranty so I'm not too worried about it.
Reason for choosing over other brands, i wanted a large SUV with capability of pulling a 26' center console boat. Looked long and hard at Tahoe, Yukon, Suburban, Expedition and ended up liking the Jeep product a lot better than the others.

We bought a Lexus GX 550. It’s nice but small. Personally I’d go with the GMC Denali. The GX 550 rides rough and it looks cheaper inside than the Denali. The extra room in the Denali is a game changer for me personally.

Cant go wrong with a Lexus IMO, but the 3.0 Duramax is the best engine on the market right now.

Toyota or Lexus since practically everything they make is good.

I have a friend who just sold a Jeep dealership and we were just discussing the wagoneer a few weeks ago. I hope you have better luck than most of his customers did because his service department stayed covered up with problems from them. The interior might be the nicest I've ever seen and the ride quality is fantastic. Hopefully it serves you well.

Also they haven't made the navigator in a V-8 since 2014. And was never offered in a 5.0L.

Make sure you do not buy a GM product that has the AFM (Active Fuel Mgmnt) you'll be disappointed. The 3.0l diesel in the latest year models gets really good reviews and teh mileage is off the charts on the trucks that have it.
As others have stated Lexus is a luxury Toyota and most have good reviews. I'd buy my wife a Lexus.

If interior space is what you need, the Denali is the clear winner. The 550 is fairly small inside and the new Sequoias have lost a lot of cargo room to make room for the hybrid system.
I'd probably go Lexus, followed closely by Sequoia, though. Those are both great looking vehicles.
