This was the cheesy email federal workers got on Sat wanting 5 bullets:

No letterhead, no indorsement, no reprecussions. I've got better emails from Nigeria saying I was going to be paid millions if I follow instructions! Cheesy? It came from hr@opm.gov, what other letterhead/endorsement do you need? Looks like a pretty simple email that could be responded to in less than 5 minutes, I know the concept of simple is hard for the govt bureaucracy to understand. I have to enter detailed time tracking for everything I do, it's a sad state of affairs when govt employees whine about this.
