We have seen Vista, Winchester and Hornady all will throttle production to keep prices high whenever they can. Vista sold out. so maybe that will help, but prices won't go below .25/round for .223 again. If it hits near it, I'll be loading up as many cases as I can find places.

Ha, I’m not old enough to remember the good old days. I guess I wish for the prices when you got a pound of 4350 and the worker scooped it out of a drum into a paper bag. These prices have severely hampered my shooting.

Per the wife grocery shopping yesterday at Sams, Publix, and the WalMarks, she said just about everydamnthing she bought has went up from last week even.... I really dont look for ammo or anything else to decrease...

Egg section fully stocked and all around prices seem in line with what they have been the last year or two on most everything where I shop. But I live in Evergreen, not exactly a town where they can get away with ripping your head off by raising prices just b/c the media says prices are on the rise...

I read those tariff thingys are going to cause at least a 10% or higher cost on ammo.... but Canada and Mexico has the same materials we use to manufacture ammo here in the U.S. ...since they caved to President Trump on the tariffs maybe we just might see prices come back down... but then there's a war on the drug cartels to think about .... it ought to be a short war though...
