A study to see where layoffs are needed in the government? That’s pretty ripe with stank all over it. To b fair, I can sympathize with this a little. But a study to figure it out. No way. That’s the kind of crap that got us here. Exactly. Studies, investigations, blah, blah. It's going to be messy but we are at the point there is NO other option.
