My buddy has a fun job right now. He is chief estimator for a multimillion dollar bigtime construction company. Doesn't that make him a certified fortune teller. How in the world do you bid a job with product cost and labor 6 to 12 months out????? Any contract will almost always have clause stating if the material price goes up , it's added to price of the job. No reason you couldn't do it on labor if needed.
"Why do you ask"?
Too many people spend money they don't have , on things they don't need, to impress people they don't know.
