My wife and I pretty much stopped doing any gift giving on any holidays/bdays/etc years ago. We both pretty much get anything we want or need when wanted/needed, within reason anyway lol. We let each other know daily how much we love and appreciate each other and live our lives in a way that makes each of our lives, individually and as a couple, better and happier. Guess that’s why going on 44 years together I really do not like being away from her or vice versa. She knows my life is not at its best unless she is within easy groping range.
