When you brake the law, it says everything about your integrity. I don’t give a damn about how hard of a worker you are. You ever drive above the posted speed limit? If so, you broke the law and have no integrity whatsoever. Case closed. That's a civil matter. Next question. Actually, if you are referring to speeding it is not a Civil matter. It is a Criminal Violation. It is the lowest classification of a criminal offense but criminal procedures still apply, such as the offense has to be committed in an officer's presence. Now, Alabama has given some jurisdictions the authority to enforce some traffic offenses civilly, as we are all aware of the Red Light cameras.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
