I have one, although it covered different area's. I manage the finances, facilties and IT. So I do get to do more than sit at a desk and stare at a computer all day. Now I am working on writing some policies, both for HR and Facilities.

What I don't like is a bunch of meetings. That to me is time I could be spending accomplishing something. You just need to get up and move around some. Get a fitbit, it will prompt you to get up and move.
