Been to the one in Orange Beach. Ok I guess, but nothing special. McGuire's has better, and I cook a better one.

Oh, I did just see within the past week that they are opening a location in Prattville, too. Close but it’s going to be in Millbrook.

Diamond Jim’s has the best hamburger steak I’ve ever had if you are wanting to save a few bucks. I’m sure big mikes has it also

Aldeer always has the knowledge on things. I absolutely am a sauce guy but steaks even hamburger steaks do not need sauced at all. Salt butter garlic pepper if you like and that's it. Course I put sweet baby rays sauce on my pizzas and I'm trying Stubbs original out this month. And yes Chicken remains the Devil!

My wife and I ate at the one in Guntersville. It wasn’t that bad but we both agreed we should have just gone to Fire by the Lake. The steak was a quality piece of meat but seasoned too salty. The decor reminded me of the YMCA. The kicker was they didn’t offer draft beer which gets a big downgrade for me. Do you think Fire by the Lake has better steaks? I have no idea. I always get salmon. They do have good cold Michelob on tap.

I was told they wanted to buy the O Charley’s and Milo’s buildings in Prattville, tear them down and build their own building in Prattville but the Mayor told them no. Now one building is empty and the other is a Bojangle’s. 😂

One of their cheaper dishes that’s good is the pork ribeye. You can get (2) for $27. I usually get one blackened and the other grilled. Very good.

I like Mike’s steakhouse. I’ve had their steaks and several other items. Haven’t been displeased. It is pricey, and usually only go there while away on business or with a client.
