Most county probate offices have gis maps now that you may take a look at. Some have aerial photo layers you can choose. Seach the county name and "gis map" for the link to the one you want. It may take a little getting used to, but I figured most of it out that I needed to.
Take a screen shot and use a photo editor app to add waypoints and notes or whatever you want.
Yeah, I've used the Tusc County GIS quite a bit....doesn't really work for the way I want to use it. I use it while hunting to drop waypoints for various things, can't really do that with the GIS.
