You can see on the big beam in the picture has all the clips on top of the beam to bolt the purlins to that weren't installed yet. I imagine they didnt have much bracing installed yet and you would be surprised how much these frames will move until the X bracing etc is installed. Im not sure the wind was high enough down there yesterday morning to blow it down regardless of how much bracing was installed, but something failed somewhere and im sure it went down like dominos. I doubt the issue was the steel, more than likely on the installer or possibly a foundation gave way (which isn't likely).
