Funny story, 17 years ago we were headed from west mobile to Theodore ball park to play a tee ball thing. My son was 6. We came over the by pass there and he starts talking about he wants to eat there after the game! he wants to eat there after the game! I look and he’s pointing right at the cookies and cream place. I said buddy we can’t eat there. And he said well we can go there and get dessert! And mama can get a bathing suit there too! My wife about died 🤣 I’m sure you remember the big hand painted sign they had out front James.

Bet it was funny as hell! I always was pissed cause couldn't go in the Candy Store! Then when got old enough, i figured out i really didn't want none of their Candy anyways 😆😆 Dunno if ya remember Night Moves (changed names once later on) but was about half mile from where i grew up, right where John's is (well Hooney's) and Joe's place. Some good times trying to sneak in there 😁
