Well if we're going to wish... I would move Christmas and Thanksgiving to summertime, so they stop screwing up the deer season. I would make night poaching a felony and Capital offense. I would eliminate all dogs period. Running dogs, tracking dogs, all dogs. I would eliminate all hunting leases. Only landowners would be allowed to hunt. Let's see.... Awwwe hell I'd just make myself supreme ruler and fix everything.
