I said when i say 19° the other day in fairhope that i bet it was a plumbing mess down there. Can onlyimagine the in ground sprinklers that froze n busted. There has been a crap ton of new renters in old houses everywhere. Renters dont know about the pipe you can only hear just that way like a multi-year resident. I bet areas of Montgomery are going to be a damn mess. I saw last year in Huntsville at a lower end probably section 8 apartment complex with signs up on the street side telling them to leave faucets dripping. I’ll bet the government pays the majority of rent. There is no way they they care if the pipes freeze.
