This is how you decode that. This is not correct for sure, but its one simple way to decode that.One number line in that is top to bottom for counting is 3-2-4-3-3-3. The number of grooves easily seen between the treads.
Top down 1 white on top - Noun -main regular road (proper noun?) + Motion (verb) + Cargo+ regular road (type) + regular white road type +regular orange road
How does that work?
White, regular, use road #3 +++ White is road kind (Interstate-Highway road) I bet that stack may be on a main artery road. White is stop. Why? White folks stop you here. 3 treads say its the #3 road, its a regular tire. For non-narco illegals. They use the common road. No trouble with them at all.
Green fast dirt car green tire . That means - get your whatever, and go. Use Road 2, 2-grooves between treads. If you are a "green" then get your stuff and go.
Red SUV large weight tire -- CARGO use Road #4 - its a truck route. Red means what Red means the Cargo is hot.
and so on.
What I did there is probably entirely wrong but it is read in a similar way as fast as you can read Rest Area sign. In this one, the total order has a common regular at the top and a common orange at the bottom. You would have to be in their business to figure the specifics of thatt. But that is what the color stacks you see everywhere are. Signs.

I really have been talking with folks at Nueralink. They figured out I am a sanity processor The real thing is this. The HR department sucks so much everywhere, that instinct says Kill it. But that obviously wont help the company. The Elon super-sphere of industries knows this problem to. I gave them a suggestion. They like it and they are most likely going to do it. So far, just south of Montgomery, like have been saying is wired with new great wires right now. The big fiber hubs and lines are half the data of the country, plus those other parts of the entire country. The HR department of any company must be able to handle the company. That area has so much electric power through it, made in it, and running along all the cargo connected arteries (river and rail too) that the Alabama River corridor might have an electric signature of its own. A nuke plant will be there soon. The most important part of any HR department that makes it the HR department is that: Nobody wants to ever go to the HR department unless they have too. (That part of Alabama has the same quality). I'm thinking, Letohatchee would be fine tuning for that quality part. 1000 acres of panels are planned right by the interstate right there. Helps if you know these things, like the panel farm right of the big Ponds in Demopolis also coming soon. A Nuke plant and the main road to Texas is planned to get bigger I-85. But I got them thinking with simple word thing that I always do that you ignore. It takes Human Resources to Mars. See what I did there? Human Resources office has never been about the Human Resources. But to do Mars-ing is the action of the Human Resource. HR for Mars Headquarters office is in Lower Alabama.
