I’d probably just go ahead and call the dog. I did this last year. Never even went to look. I knew I hit him.
Called a dog. He was there four hours later. Dog put pressure on him and bayed him. Jumped him bout 125 yards
In. Made a circle and bayed him again. Deer would have died. But I would have never found him on my own. I would of kept jumping it
Till no blood.
Worth the hundred dollar tip.
