$33 per acre in the MS delta. $8 to $14 in AL doesn’t sound bad at all. My absolute favorite place to hunt is the miss delta!

I saw a listing tonight in Randolph Al that was 106 acres for $3500. Bad thing is there is some idiot that'll probably pay the $33 an acre for it
We will burn that bridge when we get there

When I was in high school, I could have bought some land for $500/acre. Kick myself all the time for not doing it I remember alot of these back in that time with marketable timber on it

Houston County usually starts around $20. I had some riverfront that I hunted for years for $10 but they sold it last year.

Back in 1985 I could have bought 800 ft of shore line on Smith Lake for 25k. It sold the other day for 800k.
