Just took a drive. In my area it wasn’t too bad except the shady spots are still rocky/slick/ice and if someone hits their brakes hard it will be a disaster.

Around Auburn, some businesses closed at 4 today, daughters classes tomorrow will be online. I imagine the parts of roads that don't get sun will refreeze over night.

Drove about a 1/4 mile from the house this afternoon on a much needed beer run. Pulling out on hwy 90 going uphill, truck got a little squirrelly. Turning back into my neighborhood and going uphill, same thing. In the end, a successful beer run.
Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

Me and the wife just drove from Semmes to Saraland. Everything was fine except a few longer concrete bridges and one stretch of 158. It was still iced up and folks were sliding off the road like crazy.

Interstate 10 completely iced up and closed from AL line, just west of Pcola, all the way to Tallahassee. 215 miles of it.

Saw where FDOT made the call to do it about 5:30 this afternoon. They had certain sections and interchanges shutdown last night. Stil a Ton of wrecks last night and today. Never seen them shut down a huge section like that before. Like you said, that’s a lot of road.
