Surprisingly Burris hasn’t even been mentioned. I have three Signature HDs And one Veracity and I love them better than my older leupolds..

I purchased a Leupold Vx3-HD. 4.5-14 50mm. It's within your price range and is a great scope A 14x scope without an adjustable objective is less than desirable. You’ll come to that conclusion later if you haven’t already.

The last place I saw the 3-9x Accupoint under six was family firearms.
I compared a Meosport R to a Meostar R2 tonight. Crazy how close the Meosport came. And I think I paid $400 for the Meosport. The R2 is several times that. The degree to which the very best Scopes are better than the Meosport isn't really needed just to place shots on deer. There’s information out there stating Family Firearms has been shutdown. ATF yanking their FFL is the speculation

Says it was indeed ATF and sounds like they will be back. Hope so. I just sold a scope to fund an Accupoint purchase.
