Hope it doesnt ice over for you gents getting all the snow. Deep south bama folks and driving on ice dont mix. At least from my experience.

Almost 4" in Bay Minette. Never have seen so much snow down here. 7 inches now at my place off 225.

Almost 4" in Bay Minette. Never have seen so much snow down here. 7 inches now at my place off 225. Alabama hwy 225 is one of the prettiest drives in the state IMO. I bet it’s even better with that blanket of snow.

I am not worried about house at all or my nearby neighbors. But Roof collapses are coming, We do not see that much around here except for very weird super heavy rain. Mobile Homes fail a lot in this kind of snow. I have been thinking a lot about roof design and strength concerns in my construction design project. This stuff right here does deserve special attention.
Ya'll make notes about what failed and what works best. This may be your only big test you will ever see.
