Could any of this be challenged in courts? Supreme Court even? Could it be deemed unconstitutional? Serious question. I would think that it would have to be. I don't see how you could give someone a blanket pardon without listing what specific offenses that they are being pardoned from. Idk all of them are corrupt to one degree or the other. A lot of the Republicans will just let it slide in a tit for tat to keep their skeletons in their own closets.

I don't see how you could give someone a blanket pardon without listing what specific offenses that they are being pardoned from. Idk all of them are corrupt to one degree or the other. A lot of the Republicans will just let it slide in a tit for tat to keep their skeletons in their own closets. That’s exactly how I was going to describe it. A blanket type of pardon, or a “just in case” type of pardon. I just don’t see how that could legally stand up.
