I checked today and was told that it is illegal to hunt deer with it.
To get it legal yall need to show up at the meetings a bring it up for consideration .

District game warden for elmore . I called Montgomery that referred me to him and he called me. He simple said t shot is not buck shot.
He did say if a lot of people wanted to use it to go to the meetings and bring it up

I’m sure it’s a bad whammy jammy load. But I’ll stick with plain ole 00 and 000 lead buckshot. It’s worked since way before I was alive and will work way after I’m dead. People make deer hunting way too complicated these days. It’s a pecker measuring contest it seems. lol

I If a manufacturer defined it as buckshot, it’s legal. To my knowledge, the state doesn’t define “buckshot.” I do not doubt Frankie and the conversation he had with gw. But many of them do not know the laws either. I had one try to write me a ticket for hunting with 00 buckshot until we looked the regs up together on his phone. I feel like a second opinion is in order

I’ve loaded 4buck TSS before. It shoots way farther than needed . Now all I use is T’s and F’s . Also switched to using a 20ga now. No need in a heavy 12anymore
take your kids hunting and you won't be hunting your kids
