Shot a 270 STW for years never had a deer make it out of sight it burned up in the house fire but I got a .270 blank ordered I haven't decided if I'm going back with a STW or something different maybe a 270/300prc or 270/6.5 PRCW. It will be pushing 130-150gr bullets as fast as I can get them the 270stw was pushing a 130 TTSX 3600fps. I'm currently pushing a 138gr hammer HHT 3450 out of my 300 but I'm not happy with the accuracy but that's mostly from the rifle not the load.
