Those heavier bullets don't start expanding good till about 200 yards on deer. Way it was with my BIL 7mm stw. They just moving so fast Why don't bullets expand at higher velocity? really have no idea . i just saw a lot of dead deer from a 7 stw . the heavier bullets just dont . the rem 140grain core lokt seemed to work really well .
