any suggestions on a hog bait for my traps that the deer wont eat? have tried using sour corn kool aide etc the last couple yrs but the dang deer still eating it all up. Have heard some guys using diesel / hydraulic oil? Thanks guys

Dig some 1.5 ft deep holes. Half fill with corn and pour a 5 gallon bucket of water in the hole. Then cover with dirt. 3 holes per trap should be good. A 1/3 of a bag in each hole should be good.
Another method is too make you some pig pipes and drill 5 or 6, 3/4 inch holes in the pipe and put them in your trap. I like to use schedule 40 pvc pipes about 4 ft long. The pigs will roll them around inside the trap.
