Last sit for the season in Alabama, have to drive back to Florida in the morning. Found my doe from this morning that I shot yesterday afternoon so I busted out the old stick and string this afternoon. Set up on a green field where is necks down so it should funnel them into bow range.

My daughter and I had another great hunt this AM. 4 point came past us twice, grunting and chasing a doe, then a spike was trying to get in ththe action. Several other does were running around like they’re crazy. We saw 7-8 deer by 9:00.
This pm is gonna be slow with this wind changing to SE imo.
Everything woke turns to shucks

Saw a doe and a spike at camp this morning and heard 2 or 3 shots. Saw a 5 point as a guest in lowndes this afternoon and not a single shot.
