I don't think I've ever seen negative temps in Alabama or Mississippi ever. Seen single digits several times recently and I don't like it. Stuff starts to freeze and bust. It got down to -5 a few days between Christmas and New year up in NA in 82 and almost as cold again in '85 . The record low for the state is -27 and was recorded in New Market Jan 30, 1966, Russellville recorded -24 the same day! Brrrrrrrrrr.
