Dadgummit!😂 Small town Luverne has an efficient ER and some nice people. In and out after glue and tetanus shot. I shot that doe broadside with 5 minutes legal shooting high behind the shoulder with a Weatherby 7mm magnum and there was no exit or blood. We found the blood after my friend’s dog found her. Not sure how a 7 mag doesn’t exit and there were bubbles in the blood so got lung. First time I haven’t had an exit and lots of blood with my 7 mag. Weird.

Go home Saturday morning and hoping to get a shot at a nice 8 point I have on camera in FL. Cool weather next 2 days. If not be back in 2 weeks for about 2-3 weeks and rut in FL and S. AL.

12/23/24 was my last targeted shooter sighting, including cameras. My neighbors have had a better year than we have. Not surrendering but keeping the white flag handy.
