I’ve seen multiple VERY large tracts unable to continue to manage deer herds for older age class bucks after corn was legalized. Just throw their hands up and quit. Done with it. Spend tens of thousands on habitat improvements, feed, etc to see the buck segment dwindle down to nothing older than 3 after all the outskirts properties had a way to attract deer to the lines. kinda funny in a way , but people wanted to bait
