I have not been able to see any pictures since around lunchtime today. Has anyone else been having this problem? It will not load and just keeps doing the circle of death.

Well glad it’s not just me. This is making my tactacams look even better. Been fighting this for weeks. It the only one of these I have and will not get another one. Reloaded app like 5 times talked to customer service they don’t have any answers either. Nice folks though.

If you have a cell cam long enough there will be a problem no matter the brand. Same for women.

It must have been the influx of all the new cameras folks got for Christmas being added to their servers. Mine were out, but seem to be fine now other than one I have to change batteries in.

Tactacam couldn’t repair my 2020 Reveal X that would not power on. They could not repair it so offered me a refurbished camera and it’s working fine. I just sent another one off today that would not acquire a signal even in my home or office much less in the field. We’ll see what they do with this one.
So far my Edge has been sending good pics.
